When the founder of Blue Lightning Consulting started the company in December of 2008, he had over 5 years experience with HTML, nearly 2 years experience in JavaScript, nearly 2 years experience with databases, and was rapidly learning PHP. He identified that there was a need in the marketplace for affordable, all-in-one-house web solutions, and realized that his skill set positioned him very well to fill that need.
